Laurel, MD – ERP International, LLC (ERP) is thrilled to welcome Colonel Rick Starrs, (US Army, Retired) to ERP as the Vice President, Medical Research & Materiel. Mr. Starrs will oversee ERP’s portfolio of medical research and logistics readiness engagements, including business development and operational execution.
Mr. Starrs is an Army veteran with over 30 years of experience. Most recently Mr. Starrs served as the CEO of the National Association of Veterans’ Research and Education Foundations (NAVREF), leading the national association of 75 research and education institutes supporting VA research, part of the nation’s largest integrated health care system with more than 150 hospitals caring for 9 million veterans.
