ERP International’s IT Professionals work behind the scenes to make our government customers and missions more efficient, effective, and resolution-driven. These contributions are critical to ERP’s successful performance on contracts across the federal government.

Just as important to the mission is the passion and dedication ERP employees bring to their work. For Senior Help Desk Specialist Anne Wilson, one of the main reasons she enjoys working at ERP is that “[It] allows me to use my skills to do my favorite thing: resolving IT-related issues and providing support.”

A Senior Help Desk Specialist at ERP International, Anne is responsible for diagnosing and resolving Tier 1 and 2 hardware and software issues; providing support to end-users and VIPs and shortening downtime, including identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems; responding to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support; and documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolution.

If that sounds like a lot, it’s because it is. In fact, Anne reports that the most challenging aspect of her job is multitasking and managing her time well.

It’s also quite satisfying. Anne says, “The most rewarding aspect of my job is the opportunity to support the combined mission by helping customers with technical issues. I’m proud to work with a collaborative team that has aligned goals to provide the best customer service and the best solutions.”

That passion for innovation and commitment to problem-solving and excellence enables ERP to deliver outstanding results to our customers. For Anne, intellectual curiosity is an important part of the job.

“To provide the best customer service, we need excellent ITD knowledge coupled with willingness to learn new things every day,” Anne said.

While her daily routine includes resolving reported IT-related issues, she goes beyond to focus on higher-level issues that require additional troubleshooting or support.
