Laurel, MD: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has awarded ERP’s Joint Venture Enterprise Resource Planned System International (ERPSI) the Pivot program, an $18M contract to modernize the systems that support the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Under this program, ERP will provide Agile DevSecOps development to implement the web-based systems that will replace more than 40 discrete legacy applications. These systems will be designed to help facilitate and consolidate data into one system of record. The NFIP core business processes supported under this program include, but are not limited to: validation of insurance policies, claims, and data; complex modeling; website hosting; claims administration; policy management; claims review; approvals; Data Analytics, Community Information Services, Insurance Rating Engine and status inquiries.
