Weixel will be overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the division and will be responsible for progressing the division’s strategic growth and vision. Betsy expressed, “I am thrilled at the opportunity to work alongside this transformative organization. Betsy Weixel is an industry leader with over 20 years’ experience in Government medical staffing. With experience leading former organizations, Weixel has a proven track record of building operations teams that consistently deliver exceptional solutions and services. She comes to ERP as the founding partner of a top-rated government contracting company, Matrix Providers, Inc. where she led the organization to achieve top tier performance metrics – and then maintain excellence while managing complex and large-scale projects within the budget. This includes developing and implementing strategies to achieve double digit year-over-year growth in increasingly competitive environments.

After graduating from Penn State University, she began her career serving as a USAF Medical Service Corp Officer and Nursing home administrator, which then led her to medical staffing – and where she has spent most of her career as a highly successful staffing executive supporting the DoD medical community.
