The appraisal was performed by The Process Company, LLC.

CMMI is an internationally recognized and accepted process level improvement and quantitative management framework that provides organizations with the enterprise project lifecycle management and delivery capability to meet the needs of critical missions such as national security and healthcare.

An appraisal at maturity level 5 indicates that the organization is performing at an “optimizing” level. At this level, an organization continually improves its processes based on a quantitative understanding of its business objectives, performance indicators, and actual performance. The organization uses statistical methods and techniques to identify areas for improvement, to improve processes, and to measure impact and success. At maturity level 5 company is rated as a “high maturity” organization and a successful appraisal at level 5 indicates that the organization can, not only, deliver the highest quality of products and services, but is also capable of delivering significant cost savings and schedule efficiencies due to process improvements.
