Laurel, MD: ERP International is thrilled to announce that Farzana Kamili has joined ERP as Vice-President of Contracts & Compliance. Ms. Kamili will be responsible for directing contracting and compliance activities, including highly complex contractual arrangements of strategic importance to the corporation. In addition, Ms. Kamili will be responsible for risk management and mitigation related to the contracting process as well as leading strategic initiatives in collaboration with other members of ERP’s senior leadership team.

Before joining ERP, Ms. Kamili has spent over two decades supporting Domestic, International, State and Government Agencies with direct management in leadership roles of Contracts, Subcontracts, Procurement and Compliance Departments. Throughout her career, she has conducted cradle-to-grave administration and negotiations of highly complex contracts as well as contracts valued over a billion dollars resulting in the establishment of strong long-term relationships with her government customers at agencies such as the DHHS, CMS, NIH, VA, and various DoD entities. Ms. Kamili has also overseen the development of policies, procedures, and systems to prevent violations of FARs/DFARs and other Federal, State, and Local laws, guidelines and policies as well as successfully led DCAA and DCMA audits. Ms. Kamili also brings expertise in solicitation reviews for risk assessment and mitigation, proposal development and review, market analysis on competition for the development of price to win strategies, sourcing, and subcontractor price analysis and negotiations.
