In her new role, Dr. Robinson will work primarily with our Defense Health Agency account, leading the charge to grow innovative business opportunities within military health. As director since October, Robinson has already successfully provided program management and SETA services, information technology solutions, and clinical and biotech staffing support services to both existing as well as brand new health service clientele. Before joining ERP, Robinson was a program management executive for more than two decades, working for a variety of military healthcare organizations, leading medical research and development projects and pursuing research and technology solutions to address identified medical capability gaps. Robinsonâs led projects transformed medical capabilities by leveraging academia, commercial entities, and military organizations to address short and long term challenges. Robinson supported the Military Health System which was responsible for a $50 billion budget and serving about 10.26 million beneficiaries, including active duty personnel and their families and retirees and their families. Her previous position was as the Director of Coalition and Non-Beneficiary Healthcare Programs for the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs and the Defense Health Agency at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., a role she filled after spending four years as the Director of Research and Acquisitions for Air Force Medical Services.
In her three months so far, Team ERP has already learned to value Dr. Robinsonâs motivated, self-starter attitude and shrewd expertise in the field of military health.
âDr. Robinsonâs expertise of the military health system and medical research processes allows ERP to seamlessly support DHAâs mission of delivering integrated, affordable, and high quality health services to Military Health System (MHS) beneficiaries and driving greater integration of clinical and business processes across the MHSâ says ERP Internationalâs CEO and Managing Partner, Melvin Petty.
