Laurel, MD – ERP International LLC is pleased to announce Melinda Plaugher has joined as the new Chief Growth Officer. She will lead ERP’s growth organization and play an essential role in pursuing new opportunities to accelerate the maturation of the organization.

Plaugher brings over 25 years of experience in service delivery, strategy, and growth within the health and human services industry. She comes to ERP from Moser Consulting, where she served as the Vice President of Government Services. Plaugher has led small and large organizations supporting critical missions of government customers including Medicare and Medicaid Reimbursement; Fraud, Waste and Abuse; Healthcare Quality and Safety; and Enterprise Service Delivery.
