ERP international is one of the 45 organizations in the United States appraised at Capability Maturity Level 5 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® framework for Development. At Maturity Level 5, ERP continually improves its processes based on a quantitative understanding of its business objectives, performance indicators, and actual performance. ERP uses statistical methods and techniques to identify areas for improvement, to improve processes, and to measure impact and successes. ERP International is appraised at maturity level 3 for CMMI SVC+SSD v1.3. As the ultimate global benchmark of quality, the ISO 9001 family of standards is designed to help organizations meet the needs of their customers, stakeholders and employees. The certification of compliance with ISO 9001 is recognition that our policies, practices, and procedures ensure consistent quality in our core services: Program Management and SETA, Information Technology Services and Solutions, and Clinical Staffing.
ERP is certified as complying with the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 and has successfully implemented a registered Service Management System. ISO 20000 is the first international standard for Information Technology Service Management and is fully compatible and supportive of the ITIL framework. It specifies four key service management processes including: Service Delivery Processes, Relationship Processes, Resolution Processes, and Control Processes.
ERP is certified as complying with the requirements of ISO 27001 – Information Technology – Security Techniques – Information Security Management Systems – Requirements. The objective of the standard is to provide requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS). It offers the assurance that comes from adopting a systematic approach to managing sensitive information.

The Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract enables all agencies and operating divisions within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to procure a wide range of IT services. Managed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), SPARC provides a simplified, cost-effective way to procure services throughout the entire IT lifecycle and allows buyers to access discrete services or an entire, integrated solution. Unlike other acquisition vehicles, SPARC has no administrative or contract access fees.
ERP International received an 8(a) small business set-aside SPARC award. SPARC permits sole source awards to 8(a) partners for task orders under $4 million.

8(a) STARS II, is a small business set-aside GWAC, providing flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. With a $10 billion program ceiling and a 10 year period of performance, 8(a) STARS II allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses. STARS II is divided into two constellations:
Constellation I includes prime contractors who are technically proficient and offer competitive pricing.
Constellation II includes prime contractors who provide the same strengths as those in Constellation I, plus the additional benefit of either a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level II or above or an ISO 9001:2000 or 9001:2008 credential.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Functional Category 1, Small Business Track 8(a) – Service Delivery
EAGLE II is a multiple award indefinite-delivery / indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract that serves as a department-wide platform for the acquisition of IT services throughout DHS. Awarded through the ERPSI Joint Venture, this vehicle positions ERP to deliver a full range of services and products that develop, implement, and maintain technology in support of the DHS mission and business functions across the entire program lifecycle.
U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA)
ERP is the prime contractor for this five-year indefinite-delivery / indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract providing continuous professional, administrative, and management support services for USAMMA’s core competencies. Through this vehicle, ERP delivers services in eight discrete areas: Program Management Support Services; Studies and Analysis; Performance Based Financial Management; Business Process Improvement; Functional Validation and Verification; Records Management; Information Management; and Medical Supply Chain Logistics Management Activities.
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
The CIO-SP3 GWAC is a ten-year Government Wide contract that provides IT solutions and services including health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. The contract also contains general IT services partly because medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.
Through this contract, the NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) and other federal agencies can award task orders to acquire IT services. These task orders will employ various pricing arrangements such as Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF), Cost-Plus-Incentive-Fee (CPIF), and Time-and-Materials (T & M). ERP as the managing member of the ERPSI Joint Venture has prime contracts for the CIOSP3 SB 8(a) track and under the CIOSP3 SB Small Business track. ERP’s Joint Venture has all 10 task areas and can support any requirement under this contract.
Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD)
As a prime contractor, ERP is positioned to provide technical, scientific, and management support services across six key Domains: Acquisition, Business & Analytical, Engineering & Technical, Information Technology, Logistics, and Medical. This five-year ID/IQ, with a ceiling of $495 million, will help the JPEO-CBD to lead, manage and direct the acquisition and fielding of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense, drugs and vaccines, medical counter measures, information management systems, installation, force protection systems and more.
Air Force Medical Service (AFMS)
Through ERP Scientific Partners (ERPSP) – a Joint Venture of ERP International and Axiom Corporation – ERP provides Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) including medical-related management and professional support, engineering and technical services, and studies, analyses, and evaluations. CATS is a five-year ID/IQ vehicle with a ceiling of $985 million that supports the AFMS throughout the U.S. and its territories. The ERPSP team offers the capabilities of large, industry leading corporations plus specialized skill sets drawn from small businesses representing a full range of socioeconomic categories.
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
eFAST is the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) preferred acquisition vehicle for small business solutions. Through eFAST, ERP provides services in Computer/Information Systems Development, Business Administration and Management, Computer Systems Support, Research and Development, and Documentation and Training.
Air Force Material Command, Electronic Systems Center
As a member of various teams, ERP is positioned to work through the NETCENTS 2 vehicle to provide system engineering, installation, integration, operations, and maintenance for a family of DoD adopted commercially standardized networking solutions. These solutions are interoperable with Air Force, Joint, and DoD standardized networking technical architectures. The contract serves as a primary source for Air Force, DoD, and other federal agencies.
Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC)
As a subcontractor to Alion Science and Technology on SNIM, ERP supports Technical Area Tasks in the fields of Information Assurance, Software Data and Analysis, Knowledge Management and Information Sharing, and Modeling and Simulation. DoD Information Analysis Centers that operate in the SNIM technical domain areas are DACS, IATAC, and MSIAC.
Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)
As a subcontractor to HP, ERP provides net-centric solutions, services and support across a scope of 20 task areas. As a multiple-award contract, ENCORE II can be accessed by DoD and the Military Services as well as any agency of the federal government.
Defense Health Agency
ERP is fulfilling medical staffing and contract management support services as a prime contractor, on the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Q-Coded Services (MQS) contract. The DHA MQS contract is a multiple award IDIQ with a $7.5 billion ceiling. Through this contract, ERP delivers a wide range of ancillary, nursing and physician services to Military Departments (Air Force, Army, and Navy) within the United States, Guam and Puerto Rico.
Through this GSA Federal Supply Schedule, ERP provides information technology services to federal, state, and local government agencies using ERP labor categories with established hourly rates.
As a certified SBA 8(a) Small Disadvantaged business, ERP International is eligible to receive direct contract awards under 13 CFR 124.502-3(c), procuring activity.
